Hip surface piercing rejection?

Well first off this is for expierenced people only. or people who know what theyre talking about. Ive had my hips (both) pierced for about a month. they developed scar tissue around the openings on both piercins on both ends. he said that was normal, well now the left one i just noticed is redish around the plastic bar inside my skin showing through. ive had my laptop sitting on my stomach so i think thats why. because it was not like this lastnight. is this rejection? or is it where i had my laptop in it? on it* sorry.
